Water Based Ink On Plastic

It is specially designed for water based ink on plastic printing. It does not change the version or machine. It directly adds water. It has excellent printing fastness, graphic fineness and gloss, and is not easy to block the screen. It belongs to fast drying type. Excellent alcohol compatibility and stability (no caking and thickening with high-speed mixing of color paste), good adhesion and anti back adhesion, good hot water resistance, color migration resistance, scratch resistance and recoating resistance of prints, excellent ink color development and printing adaptability.

Product Features

1. Excellent scratch resistance and alcohol resistance;

2. 20kg cold pressing for 24 hours without white folding and adhesion;

3. Grade 4 yellowing resistance and grade 4 dry and wet wiping resistance.

Application

It is used for soft water based ink on plastic, including various flexographic printing, gravure printing etc.

Instructions

1. According to different materials and polishing machinery, properly use the mixture of alcohol and water to adjust the viscosity. However, it must be fully stirred evenly, otherwise it will cause poor fluidity and leveling of varnish. Affect product quality.

2. Crosslinking agent can be used to improve the curing speed and application performance of the product. (1 1.5 percent recommended)

3. Drying conditions: it is recommended that the drying humidity should be above 80 degree and the drying time should not be less than 30 60 seconds. In actual operation, the mechanical speed can be adjusted according to the quantity of materials and drying temperature to ensure that the products are dried thoroughly.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Take materials after mixing.

2. Test the compatibility of color paste before use.

3. After the coating is dry, it needs to be dried thoroughly before winding. When the humidity is high in spring, pay attention to control the moisture, otherwise it is easy to have anti adhesion.

4. After coating, use the cooling system to control the temperature not higher than 50 degree , otherwise it is easy to have anti adhesion.

Storage and quality guarantee: store in a cool place at 5 35 degree , sealed, and the shelf life is 12 months.
